Every installation is backed by a limited, lifetime, non-transferable workmanship warranty. If a workmanship-related issue comes up, we'll review the concern and work with you on next steps, including support for approved repair reimbursements. Coverage applies specifically to MEI's workmanship and doesn't extend to customer-provided equipment, unauthorized third-party repairs, or normal wear and tear. We also carry comprehensive insurance above and beyond many of our competitors—up to $5 million in liability coverage—plus hold professional liability coverage and comply with workman’s comp in each jurisdiction, so your project is protected from start to finish.

Beyond equipment installation, we offer consulting and project management, including solution design, deployment planning, scheduling and logistics, quality control and reporting, and flexible field service coverage.
